Ironically MFH in abilene are more then in DFW for whatever reason..

I feel I have a good background professionally (analyst at institutional multifamily investing firm) to be getting into this kind of thing, but there are still many differences to be realized and ironed out.  

The ironic thing is I also got a great deal this week for being quick in getting the deal.

The cast iron tub is almost 350 pounds!

I was unable to clear it and had to call a plumber in the middle of the night who cut the cast iron pipe in the basement above the obstruction so it was no longer flooding the building.

I make 95% of dinners. usually green egg or cast iron cooking.work out at 3 to 3:30once or twice a week I drive out and walk our new construction here in PDX  or will have meetings downtown  ( lawyer, banker, accountant , insurance)done at 5pm
