Kinda reminds me of that grant cardon character, though swarmy seems less flamboyant (and consequently less ironic.)It's not just about the cash flow you can get today, it's also about long term security.

Long story short, we had to take the home off the market to get a TDI mold remediation expert to refute the inaccurate report and wait for this company to make repairs to the damage they caused to the property.By the time we got all of that ironed out the market had significantly slowed down and showings were few and far between.

A legit enterprise (like Tesla) would build a factory first, iron out all the production problems and then start building more factories around the country.

I have several irons in the fire and do own/operate a property management company.

Which it turns out, ironically, was more Real Estate. 

My recommendations to new investors would be to invest in newer homes without cast iron piping and do a thorough inspection.
