For this particular application, the optimal source of heat would be electric baseboard, but I am not sure how much it would cost to run a wire down 2 floors into the basement to tie into my panel, and this unit needs to be rented soon.

Looks like at least the first 5-8 results are all IC sites for the search terms you mentioned, which makes sense because all IC sites are generally optimized the same way (out of the box, before customization, which it seems that many don't do a lot of customization).

And when I finish optimizing all my units and reach my target of $20,000/month it'll matter even less.

I think I have my post highly optimized and a fairly hefty budget but all I'm getting is clicks.
