The AC company mentioned a high efficiency air filter from April Air that they could configure the indoor unit to fit and it only needs to be replaced once a year and would eliminate the need for the two filters in the house.

It had very nice finishes, granite counter tops, garden level windows let in lots of natural light, new paint and carpet, modern sliding doors, tasteful bathroom (granite, rock floor in shower, high quality tile in shower, fancy sink), and huge, 1400 sf 2-br 1-ba.

If indoor temp can be kept above 50 F pipes should not freeze.Eviction for non-payment should have been started; it is tenant friendly here as it is.
