Should tenants be allowed to hide behind a fake identity?

They agreed.Are both townhouses identical?

We are not quite at the property manager stage, and when we do get there, I have already resolved that our identity becomes as shielded as possible from that point forward.  

Great idea, but uploading an image of my drivers license is an invitation of identity thief.

Remember a lease does not prevent a tenant from vacating when ever they want and the terms of the lease are identical regardless of term or M2M.

In this age of identity theft I would NEVER rent to someone I have not met eye to eye. 

However, there are plenty of similar quadplexes to this one, in fact, on the street that this one is on, there are a whole bunch of them that look pretty much identical.

Back when I purchased my first few properties in Nevada, I hesitantly provided my property manager with my social security number (I say hesitantly because I'm always thinking about the risks of giving out my personal information such as identity theft, etc). 

The Adjacent identical 8 unit building sold last month for $1.25 million.

The property is currently operating as a 6-unit with two identical illegal 1bed, 1 bath basement units.
