Horrible but my deed was recordedthat says I own both the land and the home on top as both are on title.So I go about my business and this woman shows up bothering my workers, saying it's her stuff in trailer and she's the granddaughter and yada yada she gets some stuff and I swear I didn't do it, but she ends up dead a couple months later.  

Think of those who cant change the fact they are a minority or a woman.

The third person was an elderly woman that was believed to have kept quite a bit of cash in her apartment.

There will be ups and downs (like the AirBnB property in Costa Rica where that woman was murdered and they arrested the security guard) but by and large I think it is here to stay.

Nothing against one man/woman operations but the reality is a single person performing property management flat doesn't have the resources to effectively manage many properties.

She is a woman of many hats and yet proficient and reliable.
