I only find this interesting because she spends her days commenting on Marco Island posts.She proceeds to send me a long private message saying that she found me on a "scammer website".  

Playing around with the deal analyzer on the website, it seems like this would be somewhat unheard of.

You would want to look at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission website.

Another option if you are looking to rent rooms and there are hospitals in your area is to market to travelling nurses, using a website like https://www.furnishedfinder.com/  These are shorter term leases, usually about 3 months, and you are renting to professionals who are in an area for work.

However, there’s one aspect of the website that’s raising a bit of concern for me.I live in Santa Barbara, CA, and from my experience, the median home price here is generally at least $1.5 million, and in most cases, I rarely see anything priced under $1 million.

I'm in this strange position of being out of state and unfortunatley not having the time to visit or gain personal expertise.

Their website looks like that is the plan.
