Any other automation tools you suggest ? 

With all respect to AirDNA and the amazing data they provide for STR owners, their pricing tool is not on par with most tools available there. 

Use such credit as a tool though, not as a crutch. 

I learned a ton of valuable info from my first rental and it gave me even more confidence to turn things up. 

I feel like in today’s day in age there are so many tools for STR operations and I cannot believe there is no integration for a merchant of sale transaction or some kind of financial app/ software that can take the remitted taxes and pay them to the government automatically.
