Working as a property manager gives you such valuable insight into the market, tenant relationships, and property operations—it’s a fantastic foundation to build on.What kind of investing are you thinking about starting with?

That just happens to be a convenient example. just curious when you lock into a longer term return and banking on a certain cost of capital if your rates rise thats a bummer. this is whats happening to many who have guidance lines from banks or construction loans all of those are tied to prime.

It’s more of a solution for owners who need liquidity but don’t want to sell their property outright, interacting with  advisers, agents, and other related people that are expensive and may be hard to connect with, or take on additional debt, including such debt like loans from banks and offline interactions, which require valuable time.
