Some lenders will require 6 months, some 12… and some none at all as long as you can document the repairs and justify the increase in value.This is important today and in the market times coming because whereas for the past decade lending standards have been converging and loosening, they are about to diverge and tighten, and how they tighten will not be uniform.

Says this in Bylaws:"In the event any Subdivision Plat, Tract Declaration, deed restriction or thisDeclaration permits the Board to determine whether or not Owners of certain Lots or Parcels will be responsible for maintenance of certain Common Area or public right-of-way areas, the Board shall have the sole discretion to determine whether or not it would be in the best interest of the Owners and/or Occupants, for the Association or an individual Owner to be responsible for such maintenance, considering cost, uniformity of appearance, location and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.

Thanks for the response , I believe it’s just everything new, each unit has a different heating system so I want one uniform system (old ones don’t work I’m pretty sure)

So to answer your question a bit more succinctly, Zillow is great for easy comps in fairly uniform neighborhoods but when it's a bit less simple I like to consult others who are more skilled/experienced than myself.
