I definitely don't think my dad with prostate cancer and uses medical marijuana for his pain is a loser or drug addict, but that's a different issue. 

@Chris Gottshall, Suspended losses are something you cherish (once the pain of getting the loss subsides :). 

It was a pain but I am booked every single weekend and if you look at my listing, I am completely booked the entire month of July and August.

Yeah people have little idea what a pain in the *** it is to locate and buy property in other countries.

Pain points that I'm not yet aware of in this space, that I can potentially approach differently/with a new perspective.

What I do worry about are the growing pains as we transition from a full-blown capitalist society to whatever is next.Because before goods and services will be so abundant that they are free, they will first have to get gradually cheaper and that forces businesses to compete through more  automation and less human labor in an accelerating cycle.

Good luck, I found the process of canceling with them somewhat painful.

Trust me it was a huge pain but it was the perfect house for my clients so I jumped thru so hoops for them.
