I don’t like qualified plans as they lock up your money.I still like index funds held in a brokerage account and I like HSAs as they offer triple tax benefits.Rental properties and whole life cash value insurance work well together.

You  would think after 25 times up to the plate, I would hit at least one triple or out of the park.

As someone who sold my San Jose house in the 2002 dot com bust and has been locked out ever since by the rising market - prices have almost tripled since then - I would say hang on to it just so you are locked into the market.

Also, for NNN, he is likely talking about triple-net leasing.
