Safe travels

So long story short we have a traveling nurse staying at our rental that got some water damage when the roof was being replaced, they don't have renter's insurance (which we require in the renter's agreement they sign), water damage has been remedied and is cosmetically minimally affected and still very much in a liveable state.

Over the past 10 years, my focus has been on building a business consulting company, but travel has impacted my young family.

And I am not even a germophobe, when you travel in third-world countries you can't be, but I would not get into anyone's bath water if I don't have to, STR, hotel or gym.

I am in the process of buying a small MHP consisting of nine lots with eight of those lots having trailers on them that will be purchased with the park.

In my small city (70,000 or so) we have a university with about 20,000 students with a nursing school, hospital, and obviously several mid size employers that I’m sure have people travel into this area for business purposes.  

The money in mobile homes is the lot, not the trailer.  

MTR for traveling nurses or Nurse Practitioners do very well when it comes to Townhomes.
