I cash out refinanced with a local Hoboken loan officer I know and they were really great.

Hi @Shawn SmithI am a US loan officer in Toronto, assisting Canadians to secure financing in the US.

We took them to arbitration, but they did not participate and we found out they closed their offices and I believe the owners are no longer residing in Florida.

EXAMPLE: a local HC has a single comcast email address for their entire office - mysteriously, they seem to be always losing emails and asking us to resend multiple times.The good news is they finally increased their max rental amounts a few years ago, so they are now more competitive. 

As of March 2023 they still refused  tenants to pay in person or come to their offices.

I'm excited for the opportunity to be apart of the community with BP, I reside in the state of Virginia and started my investment journey many years ago at 22 doing fix and flips, I stopped when the market crashed in 2007/2008 and didn't like the way the market looked and I left the investing world, I became a mortgage loan officer, and then processor and later underwriter and learned the backend of the conventional lending world.

Dallas County is John Aims office, his sales are organized by the Linebarger law firm.

As @Jay Hinrichssaid, the underwriters are usually more confused and take a longer time, but the loan officer should at least be able to get you a quote for 30 fixed on your primary.

Pretty much my first step should be work as a loan officer and then the rest will come to me?

Interesting to see how feasible this will be.
