Couples therapy might be in order because if you feel you have no one to talk to there definitely is disconnect in your relationship.

If the breed is acceptable and you chose to allow pets, your lease should require them to purchase renters insurance, require that they make any roommates get the coverage, and also include language in the lease suggested by your attorney requiring them to indemnify you and hold you harmless, etc.I would suggest looking up the posts on "Therapy Animals".

My wife used to do group therapy with felons coming out of prison.

I went through therapy, and hard pills until surgery was placed on the table.

Also, prior to starting this new job, I have been in respiratory therapy school for 2 years full-time with no income.I have known many nurses who started out fine with FHA loans at 3.5% down a few months into their job after graduation despite not having any previous work experience.
