Sealers I've used never seem to do the job, but just wetting down the area, then scrubbing the Comet in with a dish brush, leaving for awhile and then rinsing off works great for me.

Seems the takout/delivery model would be more viable moving forward, and would save a ton of resources with no retail, high visibility location, much smaller footprint, delivery personnel instead of wait staff, no dishes to clean, etc.

I was analyzing a few Multifamily properties and one in particular had great numbers with great cash flow, but looking at the neighbors’ houses, the area seemed a little too “class D-ish” lol and that’s not what I want.

They requested these be replaced as the dishes "slide around".

Dishes and posts and pans are easy enough to pick up at thrift stores or dollar stores.

We have seen certain tenants start washing dishes in the dishwasher and they had a whole cup, spoon, and plate in it.

However, in your attempt to serve a tasty dish, you threw some sushi and some ice cream into gumbo.
