I’ve just heard horror stories from landlords and I’m looking for suggestions on how to best vet tenants - Good credit, no missed rental payments in last 5 years, etc.

I would suggest to sell the condo and reinvest into a single family home. 

Or suggestions for other companies that provide a similar service?

Hi @William Taylor, As an agent and investor, I have a few suggestions. 

However, saying that there are many companies that do both that are amazing and don't do things like this, so I'm not suggesting that doing both is inherently negative. 

It is normally not suggested to own appreciating property, such as real estate, within an S-Corp.

Indeed, it's probably ideal to do the kinds of things my colleagues here and I have suggested before trying a $$$ seminar or mentorship of that price.
