It’s simple, people who spend good money on the home of their dreams don’t want STR’s next door to them.  

I spend $90 a month for one LLC, and $50 for another.

Additionally, I'm hearing at meetups that this could extend to multi-fam under 4 units as well, although I haven't been able to confirm.I work exclusively with smaller investors in the multi family space and would be happy to chat more about it.

IMO how you treat the BRRRR project regarding who you hire and what you spend and timeline depends on the region and SOW3.

A personal liability policy "MAY" extend to one or two rentals but if you are planning on building a portfolio consider the commercial umbrella.Another thing to consider is that the courts frown on carry high personal liability but low business liability when trying to hide behind the vail.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

Question that the “believers” don’t ask is “how much could I earn on the extra money I’m spending to pay down the loan faster?
