I'd say Turbo Tenant, and this is from the perspective of a someone who commonly speaks with owners who've recently placed or have been placing their own tenants  - the general lean seems to be towards Turbo Tenant.

I had a flipper come to me asking about doing a new development.He would need $240,000 to purchase the land from a wholesaler and then he would have his GC partner get the construction loan but they cant get the loan if their is someone else that has a lien on the property so i would have to collateralize against one of their assets which they don't have.

The reason Brandon has yet to come across someone that regrets keeping their property is that that is not who his circle is, plus anyone that regrets keeping a property just goes and sells it so that they no longer regret keeping it.
