After reading through some of the dialogue, it is inspiring to here the basis of the machine you have running for this business.

Becoming a more highly qualified slave to the machine is the wrong reason to go to college.

Which is fine with me I have have these machines for.. near ever.

(Nikola Tesla devoted a great deal of his life to achieving this “free energy” machine)I won’t tell you that you can’t do it, but I will tell you that it’ll be a heck of a lot easier to just pass the cost of electricity on to your tenants. 

I’m not sure if we’ll set up the marketing machine for ourselves but I’m sure there are a ton of note investors out there that would make the efforts to reach these potential sellers.

the $100 is from on site laundry machines (I'm assuming this number, I really have no idea)  I have not gotten quote for insurance on this type of building, I just used google. 

Top agents only work with listings and they are lead generation and closing machines.
