Again, get inside a demo, this whole service background was started in IT for large office based teams for project management, and I went with a platform that had a little less software/spreadsheet feel, but more visually simplistic and intuitive. 

More than not, I see younger investors who have never seen a dip/trouble who buy into a simplistic strategy because it worked in the past and continues to work until it doesn't and they don't  see the signs/trends of what's happening.

What I'm saying above is very simplistic and I'm not a real estate attorney who specializes in landlord tenant law.
