This scenario may also not prove worthwhile to the note investor as you begin to factor in servicing costs and a housing market on the decline (LTV shrinks and limits the exit for a note investor).My point being in either scenario is that there are many factors that play in to pricing a note.

Where you need to be careful is if your market is tied to some microeconomics trend that would cause downward pressure on housing prices, like one industry or employer town where that employer or industry is shrinking and demand for housing is decreasing.

Some people just don't have the nice furniture and they appreciate a place that's already set up including dishes. the thing though is, it is a tourist area but also towns where the vacation rentals are growing any available rentals are shrinking.

I knew cement in the cracks would shrink & leak so to prevent further infiltration I literally filled the 1-2inch wide gaps with blacktop crack repair filler then on top & to angle it away from the edge I used tubes of blacktop repair caulk.
