This is not all of them, but definitely check your contract with them.As Cameron stated, market value (or actual costs) and replacement coverage typically not related at all and usually differ.My best suggestion for you @Tiago Pina is to work with an insurance broker, if you're not already and also to maybe check another financial institution to see if their requirements differ from your current company.No matter how it shakes out, it's good information for you to have for knowledge of how your policy will act for coverage and also the different types of coverage, not just the coverage that may look the best regarding cash flow.Last thing, you could connect with John Mocker.

I think people will start to reach higher for more house knowing this(probably already have but more will do so) and eventually traditional financial institutions or new FinTech firms will capitalize that short-term rent potential into larger loan eligibility.Things like work from home obviously accelerated the shake-up and gave people an ability to get out of the mega-cities like New York or LA.
