When passing less than full title, you would say where appropriateGrantor garnts his/her/their 1/6th interest in and to following described parcel to-wit: Loy 1 of Block 2, Crappyhood subdivision in Heaven County, Stateofmind, according to the recorded plat thereof.Bottom line, see an attorney as the standard deed has references to all interest; coveys, grants, sells and sets over unto grantee all of their right, title etc.

I recently had someone tell me they didn't want me to pay them for something I owed them for bc they needed the write off...Now if you have something you really want and you can write it off as well then great but for heaven's sakes don't go out and look for additional expenses so you can "save money" through tax deductions!

The real problem was the tenant had three cats and the unit was a piss barn and the woodwork was scratched to high heaven.
