There are plenty of insurance companies that will do this but mine doesn’t so be sure to check with your insurance company just to be safe.

You would still save more money 9 out of 10 times living with your parents but being able to leverage a low down payment loan will allow you to get a very high ROI on relatively safe investment. 

It probably needs to be addressed to keep the house safe to inhabit long term even if we keep it as a rental.  

Give me a fail-safe system over a tenant's assurances any time.
