What those "trainer" can do is just hire people to write some fake reviews. 

So if you are going to be a host that outperforms your competitors and want to get fabulous reviews, there isn’t complete down time if you are self managing at the highest level.

You can outsource and automate all you want but when you run into your guests in the driveway and they want to talk you can't just walk away....your reviews will reflect that.I used $1100 and $437 as a real example. 

And Students who has taken massive action are the ones sharing their success and reviews.

Review their online financials/annual statements.
