We do have our retirement accounts, brokerage accounts, HSA accounts, etc… and will continue to invest money into those respective accounts for retirement purposes.With above stated, I would appreciate if anyone can give me an honest opinion on how to start my journey as in what would be the best operation plan/strategy given my current situation and assumed future plans before partaking.Thanks in advance for anyone replying and assisting in the matter.

Throw in some extra costs like moving expenses, professional photos (a cost the STR PM may also need to pay depending on the quality of the existing photos), renter's and lessor's insurance and a listing on furnishedfinder to round out some of the start-up costs.

the market is unforgiving right now, and if you buy a random property by looking on Zillow and turn it over to people you don't know to manage, you'll lose money.with respect to your specific question, if the property is safe, clean, and priced correctly, it will rent. but that doesn't mean you'll make money on it.
