Since the wall paint was damaged around the baseboards and door casings when they pulled them off, the entire home was repainted.

Some of these tenants are probably not going to be gone until the late summer at which time they won't pay the rest of the time they are there and will leave the place trashed at eviction meaning a cleanout, full house repaint, and cleaning along with more typical turnover costs like a lead recert.

I suppose I should say that I think market ready concerns before a sale include a $3,100 repaint, approximately $1000 in carpeting/flooring concerns, $250 pressure wash, $150 appliance repair.
