Since the wall paint was damaged around the baseboards and door casings when they pulled them off, the entire home was repainted.

Some of these tenants are probably not going to be gone until the late summer at which time they won't pay the rest of the time they are there and will leave the place trashed at eviction meaning a cleanout, full house repaint, and cleaning along with more typical turnover costs like a lead recert. 

It seems like worst case that would cover the cost to repaint. 

I suppose I should say that I think market ready concerns before a sale include a $3,100 repaint, approximately $1000 in carpeting/flooring concerns, $250 pressure wash, $150 appliance repair.

Can I charge them for at least a portion of repainting the walls and how much?

We updated the exterior by replacing bad siding, removing rotting carport, replaced rotten fascia boards, added a metal roof and repainted exterior and added solar screens.

I would keep repaint and as long as its not broken or damaged should be good!
