Even if you know what you’re talking about when it comes to trees, the tenants will probably feel better that a licensed professional rendered an opinion on it.

If you have paid any fees for services rendered then more than likely you will just have to take that loss.

There's also the drones that can take high resolution pictures of Landscapes and surrounding areas. if anybody was to be approached by somebody that was selling these services, what would you be willing to pay or would you even be willing to pay for a 360 rendering of your house?

For this property, the sellers would also be selling their permitted renderings of the complete exterior remodel - not a tear down.

I have come up with a list of skills that I feel would be a great help to the renovation process:3D Modeling/Building Measurements-With a 3D model you can get accurate floor plans, elevations and 3D views of the buildingTest Fit Layouts-Once the 3D model is built, multiple layouts can be created and analyzed-Potential problems can be solved before they are builtMaterial Calculation/Cost-When the design is finalized, square footages and materials can be calculated based off of the modelVisualization Renderings-You get imagery of the building/spaces before construction moves forward-There is a reference during construction Construction Documentation-Specific details can be drawn and dimensioned Staging-A house with furniture better shows the potential of the space Architectural Photography-People want nice pictures that actually show the space and they want a lot of themI would appreciate your feedback on this.

Neither Ordered or Unordered lists are rendering properly, both in Edit mode and Submitted mode: In Edit mode, the ordered text is indented but no list symbol exists (no number or bullet) After Submitting, the ordered text renders like any other text on the page; there's no indication it's an ordered or un-ordered list.List formatting used to work for me, and today I've tried two different browsers with the same results.Interestingly, List formatting is working here in the forum, as evidenced above, but it's not working for me in the Member Blog editor.Any ideas?

Hey group,I was looking to develop a 2.5 acre commercial parcel that I own on a fantastic artery in town, but as I've gone through the process of architect renderings and meeting with the city, I think the property is too small for highest and best use.

@Pandu ChimataAgree with @Natalie Kolodij that you should make sure your tax professional is comfortable with STRs.STRs have unique treatment under the passive activity loss rules and unique treatment regarding depreciation...They should also not be reported on Schedule C unless substantial "hotel-like" services are rendered, as noted above.

As for the settlement, the owner of the property has told me on multiple occasions that he is still waiting on the insurance company to render a judgement.
