The notice to vacate is basically just reinforcing the fact that she is required to leave by Feb 28th if for some reason the eviction action doesn't prevail. 

And it was reinforced by seeing your friend's success.

I'm still trying to narrow down my criteria, but I think I'll probably focus on the other population centers, possibly on reinforced concrete buildings.

If the answer is similar with each contractor - then that should reinforce the decision to spend the money.  

@Clay Smith - this reinforces your advice about looking into B and C class neighborhoods which I plan to do now that I have a place to live.

But for someone to really get a sense of whats going on, I think the extra background would make it more useful.And even if the short sentence response is understandable, its always nice to see some additional info so there is that much more info to reinforce the point.....Although I'd still be there are at least a couple of regular BPers that probably wish my posts were much shorter. :-)

The code reinforcement office was aware of the tax lien situation and they waited to see if new owner would fix some things so that they could remove the condemned sign.
