And of course it has worked incredibly well on the money raising side.. what I see happening is a very natural progression with someone who has the visibility and popularity as Brandon.. it takes a huge support staff and fulfillment team to create what we are seeing.I think you are on to something.I think Brandon's role is not necessarily to find the deal or to manage the deal.

@Kyle Kline“Investing for equity and not cash flow” doesn’t mean “buy properties that don’t cash flow.”To me, invest for equity not cash flow means that the PRIMARY reason to invest is for equity growth and an increase in net worth and NOT cash flow.I’ve been investing for over 40 years and while cash flow is important, it’s not why invest.A property must be self supporting ie produce enough cash flow to cover debt service, operational expenses including repairs and replacements.

You could go either route but don't mix the two in concept as one is a mule and the other is a horse.And, the requirement that properties be listed for sale by a bank is a bank regulatory issue having nothing to do with the NAR, it ensures that the property is held for sale in a public market at its assumed fair market value.
