Is this something that would be worth my reconsidering the location of this investment even though the numbers make sense for this specific property?

My work is in Carrollton so ideally I'd like it to be closer, but if deals are significantly better in other parts of town, I'm willing to reconsider.

This area is a little far from where I live so it didn't make sense at the time to keep this property, but after further thought, and getting the property next door under contract, I reconsidered.

But if I could get a bid of that price ($1,200) then I would definitely reconsider.

Navigating this site these days is a chore in it's self; the classic way of browsing each sub forum was very convenient and required far less clicks...please reconsider.

Look at ones that are cheaper and nearby - if they are as good as your finished product you should reconsider and reanalyze.

And that is definitely something to reconsider when I go to sell both properties.

Who knows...maybe in a couple weeks he may reconsider if he doesn't have any other options...
