I don't see anything wrong with that approach but there isn’t a complete alignment of interest (the individual who wants to take over all construction services will want to focus on the projects with the greatest construction fee earning potential; the brokers will want to pursue more for-sale projects etc.).

@JD Martin agree 10,000%What I am surprised about is I had a call with someone in Austin today and in sw Florida and they both said things are awful and prices are dropping at high rates - curious don't hear as much chatter here about that as it could be an opportunity

It looks like water is not being paid and I can only see a small fee every month (that is over due) meaning the meter is likely disconnected.

With a fideicomiso, the gross income is taxed through a withholding tax whereas, with the corporation, the rate, you can deduct expenses but the taxation rate is higher.

Where to get the most recent and accurate data for things like:Unemployment dataPopulation growthJob diversity and top employers in the areaVacancy rates (eg huduser.org)Property taxes and jnsurance costsI saw bp pro and reventure and a bunch of other websites provide some of this data, but i wonder how accurate and recent it is.
