I`m sure this has been asked a thousands times here but I thought it may be quicker to just ask it straight up.I`m looking for a lending institution that will do an investment loan under the name of my corporation, any thoughts?

Generally, I would rather they get the turn done quicker so it can get marketed sooner than go back and forth on smaller items.

you're not going to get rich quicker than that by buying random properties out of state. 

FAILURE IS REQUIRED.It's not just a possibility that some folks are SCARED of ... it's a REQUIREMENT to success.In fact - the quicker you get there, the faster you see results.

You'll figure those things out much quicker chatting with operators in markets you're attracted to. 

I agree but if your only buying deals that come to you, it is possible that you could scale significantly quicker if you had someone bringing you actual deals - although it sounds like you have a decent system where deal volume is not an issue, if thats the case then congrats and please share your secret!

Some investors pay extra or deduct for quicker/late completion.

4) Do you have advice on expensing/depreciating the furnace and A/C quicker than 27.5 years that I may be overlooking.5) I also did not file 1099s as Ive seen guidance suggesting small landowners need not do so.
