TBH this seems like a valuable product and the google reviews and FB page is telling of this however the price point is quite steep at almost 10k this product has to work!!!!

I know he has gotten creative on the lending side for products used to get the properties.

You mean you use one GC and how not t o overuse his crew so production slows? 

But there are products that go all the way down to .75+ ratio and even no ratio.

There is usually a missed opportunity in most markets delivering housing products that are needed but not readily available and the Zillow data most rely upon does not tell this story.Get to know the members of a community, their needs, what steers them away from the housing that's currently available.

Be sure to investigate the varying product types. 

To me, that was useful and we moved on to discussing more productive things.

If you have a finished product, they won't move in for 60 days but your lender requires signed lease and/or move-in for refi...this will delay your refi.
