Now we have 3 duplexes in very prestigious areas, also a six-plex, 3 houses, 2 condos, we are In the process Of building a dental office , and 4 Studios condos, and I am purchasing a house in a million dollar avenue, this house will have an ADU in the garage.

If I'm turning over a unit and the toilet bowl is stained, all it takes is 10 minutes of Lime-A-Way and then some Ajax or Comet and that commode is sparkling like there's no tomorrow.

If the former, the consider just making it sparkling clean and give it a fresh coat of paint.New knobs on the kitchen cabinets will often make a bigger difference than you'd think and not much expense.

That's why it pays to have the unit sparkling clean in every possible  way.

Not saying degrees are everything but there is a value to a prestigious degree. 

I don't need to live in a prestigious neighborhood in a "hot market" and go to trendy clubs just to make it rain $1,000 bottles of champagne.Who am I trying to impress, after all?
