I would recommend advertising on the usual platforms (FF.com, airbnb.com) with a focus on bringing value to the resident while also being very responsive to any business to business leads that come in.

If you have an integrated account and receive the inquiry from VRBO, but then book the guest off platform they double their commission rate to 10%. 

It's still important for each individual to test the software platforms to see which one they prefer.

I don't have airdna, but i did come across one that similar tool that showed these stats for free, and even showed some of the houses people were trying to sell exclusively on these platforms.

I would also recommend getting on the VRBO platform immediately.
