Do you have a 501c3 that you operate under (and rent the house from yourself), or do you purchase homes with an LLC or personal name, and run as a regular business? 

I personally try to avoid extroverts because they are often incompetent and irritating.There's a difference between being an extrovert and being charismatic.

I get that you are from there so you are getting emotional and taking my comments personal, which were not my intentions. 

I called that person two more times just flabber ghasted that I actually got a banker to admit this info is legitimate with many more questions.

You are correct… if a person has 600k and they can afford to risk it going alone in a new country and that’s what they want to do with the money then why not go it alone.

Personally, I've bought older homes since I invest in mobile homes myself.

This process is done immediately if there is an asset they can show....the wrap note that is an asset.One of my coaching clients is selling his personal residence like this after he gets done with his forensic loan audit so that he can downsize.
