From what I can tell an B area turn over period (with rent increase!)

Can anyone recommend a company that offers a builders risk policy to cover the construction period but then will also allow a cancellation and refund after work is finished to convert into a standard landlord policy.  

Almost all DSCR loans will have either A) a prepayment penalty which prevents you from selling or refinancing within a given period without paying a cost, or B) a combination of higher rates and points to offset the lack of a prepayment penalty.

Is it currently fully-amortizing or is there any remaining interest-only period?

My basic assumption is I would be trading a certain level of cash flow for increased appreciation over a period of 10 years.

.: My wife and I are considering getting a home closer to her family to stay in for extended periods and holidays.   

However, some lenders may require a seasoning period (usually 6-12 months) to ensure stability.

The median price in the greater Austin MSA increased 2.4% to $435,000 over the same period.
