I know BiggerPockets already has a number of great calculators, but is there anything niche that people are interested in?

Some people may go higher end, but naturally it depends on the property and neighborhood.

Unless maybe that is counting people's $1M residences. or average price of homes in Austrialis is probably 1 mil or more. at least in the big cities

It is important to note, people would rather rent a cleaner, and newer home, than a "larger."

There are a bunch of reasons people sell a property.

I'm seeking advise from people who may have been down this road before on whether we should seeking other financing methods to go LLC to LLC or quit claim the lot back to our personal names to satisfy the 1031 exchange rules. 

I have seen some people well respected in the industry recommend her on several different real estate groups on Facebook.

So in the next few years we could have a recession happen and the investors with investment grade tenants with fixed payments knowing what they are getting that is  very desirable to a lot of people to own those assets.  

I'm not looking for partners, but rather people to collaborate with as I'm working to scale my business.
