It's like saying to parents your sun or daughter's grade has been raised from E to D.

They should start in a market they know well and have contacts (their home market or the market where their parents live, etc).  

would not surprise if younger kid would go back to live w/ their parent, would not surprise also if househacking would be more relevant as that's the only tools for homeowner to go against job losses ..... life may go to normal in 2025.

Lot of young people living at home with parents looking to get out from under parents roof. 

Being that we are located close to Disney, my thought was for all the parents that were doing a ton of laundry - and they have appreciated it as well....got some great mentions in our reviews!  

I am going to assume that any parent (even the landlords in this thread) would not want to raise their baby in a meth house for the health reasons.

I read online that a transfer from Parent to Child is exempt from real estate transfer tax. 

My parents made me go to college, and I am happy I did.

If at all possible, minimize your living expenses (live with your parents, or house hack) until you get established with your real estate business.Any hobbies you have, seek out others with similar interests and build relationships. 

im in a similar position and may be inheriting a 4 plex from her parents.
