Not only were they followed when originated but are they witha  third party servicer now ?

My insurance company determined that they were not responsible because the problem originated it form INSIDE the wall which was the responsibility of the condo association.  

We negotiated it down from their original asking price of $1.8M but it needed to be a cash deal because the building was 50% occupied and of what WAS occupied was month to month office tenants.

I originally house hacked with a long term renter in the other unit of a duplex in a great location.
