So while I think your right it affects a certain segment of the market in my little world does not appear to be slowing anything down there is still a shortage of housing.

As far as the limited supply, I think eventually cities will come back around to allowing MH or tiny home type communities because the demand is growing already and the shortage of affordable/starter housing will need to be addressed at some point in the near future.

Duluth has next to zero vacancy which is driven by the housing shortage that exists (in both rental and homeowners housing) and that is due to our cost of construction locally.

Sounds like this might be a good time to be a contrarian investor to me...or to be a new home builder like i am doing.. if there is a shortage of inventory create new inventory.. fill the need..
