@Richard Nguyen there are lots of good companies out there that do NOT charge asset based fees of any sort. 

What sort of issues are we concerned about?

U pay for them they deliver them you turn them in only to find out they are missing all sorts of information and not up to date for the new codes..

I am sure there will be more as I sort through things as a lot of stuff came up and some not so good.There are also a few Xumo TV's which I didn't put in here due to Xumo being a bit of an outlier for streaming.

If you don't think any sort of fee is reasonable then continuing managing your unit may be in your best interest.Are you also keeping up to date with legislative changes in your area.

There's always so many personal items left behind in the home we have to sort through.
