The property will cashflow around $500 a month after all expenses.  

I always advise to run a business for 3-6 months without an entity to see if it something you are making money in and something you want to continue doing.Once you have 3-6 months of activity, you have more information to provide to an accountant regarding income so he can provide suggestions on entity type.Best of luck

Getting a great STR like you are telling us about is more rare these days so I would be interested in the purchase price etc.30k a month is a huge number.

If anyone has used a software they like that still posts on Zillow in the past 6 months please share!

Apparently this has happened 4 times in the past with the most recent 2 incidences happening last month.

One of the things I do Is I pay the monthly $20 for ChatGPT, this way I can teach it what I want, of course you have to double check it but I will have it create entire social media posting calendars as well as topcs for me to use.
