The worst problem you have is the trash collection will not pick up due to the appliances and will not get out of the truck to pick up everything that is stacked.  

I am an over the road truck driver now with no bills, so have literally listened to every podcast before doing this.

There is definitely money to made in SS, and plenty of people are doing it.I'll also add to Mike's comments that small increases are easily attainable as (1) tenants typically aren't talking to each other about price (i.e. comparing their rent), etc and (2) most tenants don't find a small increase in price motivation enough to spend money on a moving truck and spend a weekend or more moving their belongings to a new facility.

Just depends on access with a concrete truck.

Not an excuse, but the reality the kind of chaos, confusion, and exploitation that happens after a hurricane.So, when I end up getting someone who's available, with a chainsaw, able to take action, who's offering to help clear the debris off the roof, who's driving a truck "BLT Trees and Landscaping" but said it will be all cash, I yielded. 

I have some some services allow buyers to pay for moving trucks, buy personal belongings, but it's best to disclose if this is your intent.
