Hey @Joseph Campbell I have extensive knowledge of the Daytona Beach market as well as the Brevard County market that @James Stansberry mentioned.First, I would echo that Daytona Beach is in a fairly bad place at the moment, especially if you're referring to beachside.

Its caused a few moments of unease, and its still a work in progress.

Hey Vincent, to echo Samuel's comment, Columbus, OH, is a great market to invest in—I would argue the best in the country at the moment.

@Nicholas L.An ideal situation for me would be to househack a triplex but I’m not finding anything like that at the moment so I figured I could at least start to build some equity and cashflow with the condos in the meantime.

I am interested in doing the same as the OP.I can't at the moment but I would recommend you contact lookup a loan broker in your area who specializes in out of the box lending.
