You can spread your properties across different parts of Florida, and that’s going to make it really tough for your entire portfolio to take a hit.

Don't pay for a coach or a consultant who has thousands of followers on social media.. 

Outside of jeopardizing a current property I own, the spread on this can't be worth the time or energy. 

After foreclosing, Any property under 35K, I use them for holds & flip when there is a spread of 50K.

In wholesaling, the wholesaler collects a spread from the assignment, but when you are licensed that real estate income has to go through the brokerage you work with.

That said, over a long time horizon, and for investors who are willing to take chips off the table and not continually double down on PML, it's a great return and the spread is large enough to make a big difference.
