They are mocking these up with interest only loans and factoring back in the tax deduction as if you qualified for the tax benefits of a real estate professional and factoring in the diminished first year property tax (since its not a full year).

I have a commitment to invest in rental properties, meet professionals  & eventually meet potential business partners!

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Ive been using QBO for about 6 years for my properties (I have professional PM so I don't need the management software.)

I have spent hundreds of hours on the phone with Safeguard, attorneys, other investors and real estate professionals dealing with non performing notes and deteriorating real estate.

There are a couple of unique tax laws to real estate investors - 1031 exchange, bonus depreciation on certain improvements, Qualified Opportunity Zones, real estate professional status, etc.Make sure that the accountant you interview to understand the above concepts.best of luck!
