And or they can be landed for those that have existing business's with a ton of track record.. right now I get one to two calls a week offering unsecured loans and I know they are just in the same league as all the other dial for dollars crooks out there.

There is a lot to do in Chattanooga- museum, aquarium, baseball stadium, theater, downtown shopping, plus Atlanta and Nashville are only 2 hours away. 

Without cash, imo, you're way out of your league and not prepared to play this game.

My PM company rep does a great job with tour operators, youth sports leagues coming for competitions and markets aggressively to keep their units full.

It's so knowing which pitch to swing at... a HR every now and again is good, but if you want a good average it comes down to the right preparation,  knowledge and work to maintain that major league salary.. at least that is the mindset I'm looking at in my approach.

We have things like WARt in baseball that can predict what a player will do based on what they have done in the past.
