Are tenants failing to ventilate the bathroom after a hot shower?

I found the strategy to be less intensive than short-term rentals, but still challenging at times because there is more turn-over than long-term rentals.We make roughly 20% more on average in rental income with in being a Mid-term rental.My advice for picking a strategy is just to pick ONE and go ALL IN on that, so you can scale it. 

Your parameters on assets are way too wide.Also, if live in Dayton, you live in a hot state for investing.

Are meters for hot water lines more expensive than for cold lines?  

We all know you won't do that because everything you say is hot air and not in line with what is publicly available as proof.Good luck.

@Mohit Khanna do a little research and you'll find most of the hot markets of the last 3-5 years have been overbuilt and are now experiencing declining prices.Could be a good time to buy, you don't know when they'll bottom out.Much of Texas and the southeastern states are also getting hammered with bad weather more & more.

What we get out of it......creating a group that some of our best borrowers can get access to good deals.More than likely be virtual (zoom etc) and be an intensive, no-fluff training on how wholesaling is done, and what investors are looking for.

The problem is that the property gets really hot in the summer, and it only has an attic fan.

@Jay Hinrichsundefined some markets are just too hot and have too big of players chasing what little land there is and if your going to get anything you have to close..

Unfortunately, very few local Worcester residents can afford these properties, creating intense pressure on those who live and work in the city.
